Getting involved with IAP
ABOUT
Join the IAP to connect with scholars conducting research in, about or relevant to Africa. The IAP offers the opportunity to find co-publishers, research collaborators and co-proposers.

You may also participate in the IAP BrainRetain program which supports the retention and growth of intellectual capital in African universities and the wider participation of African scholars in global knowledge development by enabling:
• Collaboration between international and African researchers
• A mentoring service to research students from African countries
• And providing online workspaces and research resources
Specifically the program provides mentoring and professional support specifically in the areas of
1. PhD / Research Masters application proposals
2. PhD funding proposals
3. Conference abstracts & papers
4. Publication peer-reviewing
5. Professional support and career advice
6. Pointers to literature and online sources
