The Irish African Partnership for Research Capacity Building has been a three
year project to build research capacity in four East African Partner Institutions
and all of the Irish Universities, with a focus on development in Health,
Education, Gender and IT.

The project's final workshop is taking place in Queen?s University Belfast
(Great Hall) from the 29th September to 1st October 2010 inclusive. The
